He set up his own kitchen garden with rare vegetables and aromatic herbs.

searching for the best products, preserving aroma, playing with spices :

The olive oil is produced from our own olive grove, Marmelades are home made from our fruit trees.

Every day, breakfast is served in the harim, the gardens or the nomad terrace
Lunch and dinner are served by the pool, or anywhere else,  according to the mood
